- Property — The rental property managed through our service
- Service — Refers to our rental property management platform and all related services
- Tenant — A user who has entered into a rental agreement for a property
- User — Any individual who accesses or uses our service
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Rental Agreement
The rental agreement between you and the property owner is a separate legal document. Our service facilitates the management of this agreement. Key terms include:
- Security deposit requirements
- Maintenance and repair responsibilities
- Monthly rent amount and payment schedule
- Rental term and duration
Tenant Obligations
As a tenant, you agree to:

Prohibited Activities

Termination
Either party may terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the rental contract. Upon termination, you must vacate the property and return all keys and access devices.
Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the property or our services, except as required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
